APPOINTMENTS

Welcome to Appointment Bookings, the easy way for families to schedule the lessons they want! Now, you can book and manage private, semi-private, and group-private lessons all by yourself. Enjoy private one-on-one lessons, or invite friends and family to join—up to three students per lesson. If you add a fourth student, there will be an additional charge of $15 per lesson block. There is an annual  $50 registration fee applies to all programs unless otherwise stated, this is charged once a year to active families. You sign off on this policy when you create your account.

Starting September 1st, 2025:

• Instructors $50
• Leadership-Instructors  will be $55
• Management-Instructors will be $60
  (All prices are still for up to 3 students; $15 extra for a 4th student.)

You have the flexibility to book as many lessons as you like and even reschedule private lessons on your own.

Please note:
If you cancel a lesson within 12 hours of the scheduled time, you will not be able to reschedule, and the lesson will be canceled for all students. We encourage rescheduling instead of canceling whenever possible. If you must cancel, please email us to request a credit for that lesson.

Credits are not available for cancellations within 12 hours of the lesson unless you provide a doctor’s note indicating illness or injury.

Disclaimer: Mixing students of different skill levels in private lessons may affect their progress.
