MEET OUR STAFF

Hello!  We'd love for you to meet our office staff and our instructors.  Together we have a combined 30+ years of experience.  We absolutely LOVE what we do, you can tell when you see us at work.  

Noelle Callas

Noelle is the owner of Super Splasher Aquatics.  She has been working with children since she was a child herself. She is the second oldest child of six so she was always busy helping her parents care for her younger siblings! She began lifeguarding and teaching swimming lessons back in 1996 and continued throughout high school and college. After a 6-year hiatus, she has returned to her true passion.   Noelle is married and has two small children.  She is a certified Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard with additional certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid. Let her share her passion of the water with you and Swim Well with Noelle!

Elizabeth Carrasco

Elizabeth is originally from Arizona and moved to Virginia at the end of 2016 with her now fiance, Tyler, to pursue his dream of becoming a firefighter. She has been swimming since she was 5 years old which is clear by her love of being in the water. She came from a big family so being around children comes natural to her. She loves working with children!. She is currently studying to become a nurse in Labor and Delivery. When she is not teaching swim lessons or studying, you can find her hanging with her mini dachshund, Lacey. 

Niki Tresidder

Niki has been a stay at home mom for the past 8 years and joined Super Splasher Aquatics as the Sales and Marketing Manager in August of 2018. She spends her time running, enjoying the outdoors with her two boys and husband and reading. Her children are both Splasher's and enjoy their lesson time improving their swimming skills.

Nicole Spencer

Nicole was born into an Air Force family and has traveled around the world. Nicole is married and has three daughters, Maddie, Conner and Scout. She recently moved to Martinsburg, West Virginia. Nicole began her love of swimming at a very young age and has shared that love with many people over her 40+ years of swimming/swimming instruction. She was a competitive swimmer in high school and also received a lifesaving award from her school for rescuing a fellow student who was drowning during a field trip in Port Aransas, Texas. Nicole has experience in teaching a wide variety of backgrounds, from special needs youth to Special Operations Group Law Enforcement personnel. Nicole studied Biology/Chemistry at University of Mary Harden Baylor and worked as a Biomedical Research Chemist. Nicole has many other activities that she enjoys like beekeeping, scuba diving, collecting wildflowers, music and travel.
